Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
16 oz Vanilla-flavored candy 3/4 c Red candied cherries, halved
-coating, cut into pieces 3/4 c Green candied cherries,
1 c Pecan halves -halved
Microwave Directions: Line cookie sheet with waxed paper.
Place candy coating in 2 quart microwave safe bowl.
Microwave on MEDIUM for 3 to 4 1/2 minutes, stirring once
halfway through melting. Stir until smooth, Add remaining
ingredients; toss to coat. Spread mixture on waxed paper-
lined cookie sheet. Let stand until set. Break into
pieces. Yield: 18 ounces
