Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
2 tb Butter or margarine 1 1/2 ts Lemon peel -- grated
1 pk Frozen broccoli -- cut, 1 ds Salt
Thawed 10 oz 1 ds Pepper
1 1/2 ts Orange peel -- grated
In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Saute broccoli until
crisp-tender. Sprinkle with orange and lemon peel, salt and pepper.
then toss to coat. heat through. Yield: 4 servings.
