Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 1/4 oz Fresh brewed coffee
2 ts Cocoa powder
2 tb Sugar
1/4 qt Milk
1/8 qt Fresh cream
Grated chocolate
Prepare coffee and allow to cool. Add cocoa powder, sugar and milk;
blend well. Fill 6 glasses, top with fresh cream and sprinkle with
chocolate.
