Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

6 ea Oranges; peeled and -undrained
-sectioned Lettuce leaves
3/4 c Grated coconut 2/3 c Mayonnaise
1 1/2 c Pecans; chopped 3 ea Maraschino cherries; chopped
11 oz Can mandarin oranges;

Combine first 4 ingredients. Toss; chill. Spoon onto lettuce
leaves. Spread mayonnaise over fruit; garnish with cherries.
