Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1 c Dry bread crumbs 1 tb Pepper
1 c Powdered milk 1 ts Garlic salt
1 c Cornmeal 1 ts Celery salt
1 c All-purpore flour 1 ts Onion salt
3 tb Salt 1 ts Dried oregano
1 tb Dried thyme

Combine all the ingredients. To use. place 1 cup mixture in a plastic
bag; shake chicken pieces until coated. Place on a baking pan and
bake at 350 deg. for 1 hour. Store unused mixture in an airtight
container. Yield: Recipe makes enough coating for three chickens,
each 2-1/2 to 3 Ibs
