Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

3/4 c Cornstarch 1 T Sugar
1 t Baking Powder 1 ea Egg Yolk
1 1/4 c Flour 1 1/2 t Salt
6 T Shortening Water
Mix and sift all the dry ingredients. Rub in shortening with a fork or
finger tips, then add beaten egg yolk. Add enough water to hold paste
together and roll out.
