8 oz Crab meat 1 t Lemon juice
1 t Sliced green onion 1/4 t Curry powder
4 oz Shredded swiss cheese 1/8 t Pepper
1/4 c Mayonnaise 36 Melba toast rounds
Combine first seven ingredients and mix well. Spoon crab mixture on
toast rounds. Place half rounds on a microwave tray lined with paper
towels. Heat on 70% power 20-30 seconds or until mixture is warm and
cheese is melted. Repeat with other half of appetizers. These are
good on the onion or sesame melba rounds.
