Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 ea bunch broccoli 1/4 c chili sauce (chili salsa)
2 tb butter 1 c cheddar cheese grated
1/2 lb crab meat 1 ea small onion diced
1 c sour cream 1 ds sea salt
1 tb grated lemon peel 1 ds cayenne
2 tb lemon juice
Saute broccoli in butter until tender; cut into small pieces. Mix
broccoli with crab meat. Add remaining ingredients and stir. Put into
small oiled baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, or
until cheese is melted and top browned. Serves 4.
