Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
3 pk Orange-flavored gelatin Undrained
3 c Boiling water 2 tb Grated orange peel
2 1/2 c Fresh or frozen cranberries, 1 c Sugar
Chopped 2 tb Lemon juice
1 1/2 c Celery -- finely chopped 1 ds Salt
2 Oranges -- , diced 3/4 c Chopped pecans
1 cn Crushed pineapple --
In a bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in cranberries,
celery, oranges, Pineapple with liquid, orange peel, sugar, lemon
juice and salt. Chill until partially set. Stir in pecans. Pour into
8-cup mold. Chill until firm. Yield: 12-16 servings.
