Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

5 tb Flour 3 c Skim milk
1/3 c Cocoa 3 tb Liquid sucaryl
1/4 ts Salt 1 ts Vanilla

Combine flour,cocoa,and salt in saucepan.Slowly add milk and
Sucaryl.Cook over medium heat,stirring comstantly until thick.Remove
from heat; add the vanilla.Pousr into serving dish or individual
dessert dishes; chill.(Pudding will thicken the more it is
chilled.)If desired garnish with Low-calorie whipped topping.
