Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
8 oz Philadelphia cream cheese 1/2 c Chopped pimento
4 c Hot mashed potatoes 1 ts Salt
1 Egg, beaten ds Pepper
1/3 c Finely chopped onion
Combine cream cheese and potatoes; mix well. Add remaining
ingredients. Bake in a 1 quart casserole at 350 degrees for about 45
