Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1 1/2 dl Double cream 1 dl Youghurt
2 tb Granulated sugar 200 g Strawberries

Chocolate chips Kiwi fruit
Cookies Grapes

Cherries

* No flavour, as mild in taste as possible

Mash the strawberries, mix with the sugar. Whip the cream and the
yoghurt until it's thick and creamy. Mix with the strawberries. Put
in four small bowls and chill.

Try to use two small bananas instead of the strawberries. In that
case, use some lemon juice to keep the color of the mousse.

***DECORATONS***

Bear: Ears of cookies, eyes of smaller cookies and chocolate chips,
nose of half a cherry and mouth made of a small slice of kiwi.

Cat: Ears of strawberry slices, eyes of grapes, nose made of a small
cookie with a chocolate chip on and whiskers of kiwi strips.

Flower: Grape in the middle, petals of cherry and kiwi slices.
