1 c 5-MINUTE GRITS
4 c WATER
6 STRIPS BACON
4 CLOVES GARLIC,MINCED
1 STICK MARGARINE
8 EGGS
SALT PEPPER TO TASTE
Cook grits, seasoned with 1 teaspoon salt for 5 minutes; add minced
garlic stir. Fry bacon slices until crisp crumble well on small
plate. Fry eggs in 1/2 stick margarine,your choice, over or up.
Place 1/4 of grits in center of serving plate add pat of margarine.
Sprinkle with crumbled bacon top with two eggs. Season to taste.
Serve with hot biscuits coffee. (Serves 4)
