See below ingredients and instructions of the recipe
5 Eggs, beaten 1/4 ts Salt
3 c Frozen hash-brown potatoes 1/8 ts Seasoned pepper
-from 26 oz pkg, thawed Dash hot pepper sauce
4 oz (1 cup) shredded cheddar Dash paprika
1/2 c Cottage cheese 6 sl Turkey bacon, crispcrumbled
1 Green onion, chopped
Heat oven to 350F. Crease a 9 inch pie pan. In a large bowl, combine
all ingredients except paprika and bacon. Mix well. Pour into greased
pan, sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 350F for 30-40 minutes or until set. Sprinkle with bacon,
bake an additional 5 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving
