1 sm Cucumber -- peeled seeded
1 sm Onion -- minced
2 1/2 c Plain yogurt
1 tb Mint leaves -- chopped
1 Chili pepper -- seeded
Sliced
Finely shred the cucumber into 1/2" lengths. Place in a bowl with the
onion and yogurt. Stir to mix. Cover and chill in fridge until
ready to serve, Garnish with mint and pepper. 90 calories and 0
grams fat.
