Main Ingredients:
6 large Granny Smith apples, peeled amp; sliced2/3 cup sugar1 tsp. cinnamon1 tsp. vanilla1 tsp. lemon peel1 tsp. lemon juice1/2 tsp. nutmegpinch of salt2 Tbs. tapioca flour2/3 cup white sugar1/2 cup brown sugar1/2 cup and 2 Tbs. flour2 tsp. cinnamon2 sticks cold butter
Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
Combine apples, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, lemon peel, lemon juice,nutmeg, salt and tapioca in a large bowl. Spray a 9x13" baking dishwith non-stick spray and fill with apple mixture.Combine sugars, flour and cinnamon in food processor. Cut in butteruntil mixture is crumbly.Top cobbler with streusel mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.Serve hot.
