2/3 c butter1/4 c chopped green onion2/3 c flour1-3/4 c chicken broth1-2/3 c evap milk1-1/2 c (12 oz) beer3/4 c (80z) Velveeta1-1/2 t Worchestershire

melt butter in large saucepan on medium heat; add onion and cook til tender;stir in flour; gradually stir in remaining ingredients; let simmer until wellblended
