1/4 c Vegetable oil
1 tb Salt
1 1/2 c Grated cheddar cheese
1 tb Chili powder
place corn in large skillet and lightly aute'. Add cheese and cook
on low heat until cheese melts. Add chili powder to hot corn and
cheese.
