Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1/2 c Miracle Whip dressing
2 tb Chopped fresh basil OR
2 ts Dried basil leaves
1 tb Lemon juice
1 ts Grated lemon peel
2 c Chopped cooked Chicken or
Turkey
1 c Halved red or green grapes
1/2 c Halved Chinese pea pods
1/2 c Thinly sliced red onion
Lettuce leaves

Mix dressing, basil, juice and peel in large bowl. Add remaining
ingredients, mix lightly. Refrigerate. Serve on lettuce-lined platter.
