Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
12 ea Tortillas
1 pk Sour cream
1 ea Lge. onion, chopped fine
1 cn Green chilies (mild) chopped
8 oz White jalapeno cheese
Fry each tortilla quickly in butter. In a casserole, layer in this
order, tortillas, grated cheese, then chillies and onion. top with
sour cream. Bake in 350F oven for 20 minutes.
