3 lb Okra, cut up Hot peppers to taste
1 cl Garlic, minced Hot sauce to taste
1 cn Tomato paste (small) 1 md Onion, chopped
1 qt Water 1 ea Bay leaf
2 lb Shrimp, peeled 2 tb Flour
1 cn Stewed tomatoes 4 ea Crabs
Combine okra, garlic, tomato paste, stewed tomatoes, onion , bay
leaf, and water. Cook slowly until done. Brown flour, add enough
water to make a roux. Add roux, shrimp, crabs, and season to taste.
