Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1/4 c Dried chile peppers (either
Mild ones, such as Anaheim
Or pasilla, or a combination
Of mild and hot)
1 tb Cumin seeds
2 ts Salt
1 ts Ground cloves
1 ts Ground coriander
In a blender, whirl the chile peppers and cumin seeds to a powder.
Mix well with the rest of the ingredients. Store in an airtight
container.
