-CHEESE, softened
3 EGGS
1 c SUGAR
1 c DAIRY SOUR CREAM
3 tb DARK RUM
2 ts COCONUT EXTRACT
Preheat oven to 350-degrees.
In a medium bowl combine
-cookie crumbs, coconut and

Press onto bottom and sides
