Main Ingredients:
1 c. flour
1/2 c. salt
2 tbsp. cream of tartar
1 c. water
2 tsp. food coloring
Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
Mix flour, salt and cream of tartar in medium pot. Add water and food coloring. Cook over medium heat and stir about 3 to 5 minutes. It will look like a globby mess. Store in an air tight container.
