1 lb Ground beef -undrained (15 oz.)
1 cn Condensed tomato soup, 2-3 t Chili powder
-undiluted (10 3/4 oz.) 1/2 c Water (optional)
1 cn Chili beans in gravy,
In a saucepan, brown the ground beef; drain. Add soup, beans and chili
powder. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Add water if a
thinner soup is desired. Serves 4. Diabetic Exchanges: One serving
(prepared with lean ground beef and low-sodium, low-fat tomato soup)
