Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 pk Vanilla wafers (12-oz)
Powdered sugar
2 tb Cocoa
1 c Finely chopped nuts
1/2 c Light corn syrup
2 oz Dark rum (or double amount)
Crush vanilla wafers very fine. Blend in 1 cup powdered sugar, cocoa
and nuts. Mix syrup and rum. Add to wafer mixture and let stand 30
minutes. Form into small balls and roll in additional powdered sugar.
Store in airtight containers.
