Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
4 cn (8 oz) of tomato sauce
1/2 Clove garlic
1 tb Worcestershire
1/2 ts Oregano
1 c Water
4 c Seaweed, chopped (alaria or
-laminaria)

Combine all ingredients. Simmer for one hour. Add water if it is too
thick. Serve as usual with spaghetti and meatballs or add browned
