Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 c Rice
3 lg Green bell peppers
1 lb Ground meat
1 Onion, chopped
8 oz Tomato sauce or spaghetti
Sauce
Contributed to the echo by: Ellen Cleary Cook rice. Remove top and
insides from peppers and parboil 5 minutes. Brown ground meat and
onions. Combine rice, meat, onions, and tomato sauce. Stuff into
peppers.
These freeze really well.
