Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1 1/2 To 2 lb Round Steak
1/4 c Flour
1 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper
2 tb Oil
1 c Celery -- chopped
1 c Onion -- chopped
1/2 lb Fresh mushrooms -- sliced
1 c Water
1 Clove Garlic -- minced
1 tb Steak sauce

Combine flour, salt and pepper. Coat steak with flour mixture and
brown in 2 T oil. Place steak in a crockpot, electric skillet or
baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and spread over top. Cover
and bake at 350~ 1 1/2 hrs.

(I baked mine in a covered, iron Dutch oven in a 300~ oven for 3
hrs.--It was great!)
