Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
2 1/2 c Diced ripe tomatoes 1 T Chopped cilantro or parsley
2 ea Scallions, chopped 1/2 ea Juice of lemon
4 oz Can mild green chiles, drain 1 t Ground cumin
1 ea Or 2 jalapeno peppers, chop 1/2 t Salt
Combine the ingredients in the container of a food processor. Pulse
on and off until the mixture is a coarse puree. Store in airtight
container in refrigerator.
