Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 lb Round steak 2 ea Onion
2 tb Flour 16 oz Tomato sauce
1/2 ts Pepper 2 ts Dry mustard
2 ts Canola oil 2 tb Worchestershire Sauce
Cut round steak into cubes, dredge in mix of flour and pepper. Brown
in oil. Add onion, tomato sauce, mustard, worch. sauce. Cover, and
simmer 30 to 40 minutes or until tender.
