Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 pt Cider vinegar
2 tb Salt
2 ts Red pepper -- ground
1 tb Red pepper flakes
2 tb Brown sugar -- packed
Combine all ingredients, mix well and let stand several hours before
using. Mix with meat chopped from the cooked pig and serve extra on
the side.
