1 c Chopped onion 2 Pkgs. Uncle Bens Original
2 T Butter or margarine Long Grain Wild Rice
1 x Can whole berry cranberry 1 1/2 c Thinly sliced celery
Sauce (16oz)
1. Cook onion in butter in 10-inch skillet until tender but not
brown. 2. Add enough water to cranberry sauce to make 4 1/2 cups. 3.
Add cranberry sauce and contents of rice and seasoning packets to
skillet. Stir. 4. Bring to a boil 5. Cover tightly and cook over low
heat until all liquid is absorbed, about 25 minutes. 6. Stir in
celery.
