Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1/2 c mayonnaise
16 oz pinto beans drained, mashed
1 c shredded chedder cheese
4 oz chopped green chilies
1/4 ts hot pepper sauce
Stir all ingredients until well mixed. Spoon into
small overproof dish. Bake at 350 degrees F 30 minutes
or until bubbly. Makes 2 1/2 cups.
