3/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
1-1/2 oz. lemon juice
1-1/2 cups orange juice
1 garlic clove, pared, minced
3 oz. honey
1/4 cup scallions, minced
1-1/2 oz. cider vinegar
1-1/2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Place all ingredients except chicken in glass bowl; combine. Add chicken. Cover; refrigerate for 1 hour. Remove chicken; broil until cooked through. Let cool. Cut into 1/2-in. cubes.
