Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
2 10 oz pkg silken regular 1/4 c Sugar
-or low fat tofu 2 tb Brown sugar
16 oz Vanilla soymilk; or rice 1/4 ts Tumeric; ground
-milk 1/2 c To 1c rum or brandy
1 tb Vanilla extract ;nutmeg, opt
In blender or food processor, combine all ingredients except nutmeg;
blend thorougly stopping occasionally to scrape down sieds.
Serve well chilled and dusted with nutmeg.
