Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
2/3 c Vegetable oil 1/2 ts Seasoned pepper
1/4 c Red wine vinegar 1/4 ts Garlic powder
2 ts Lemon juice 1 pk (10 ounces) fresh spinach,
2 ts Soy sauce -torn into bite-size
1 ts Sugar -pieces
1 ts Dry mustard 5 Bacon strips, cooked and
1/2 ts Curry powder -crumbled
1/2 ts Salt 2 Hard-cooked eggs, sliced
Combine first 10 ingredients in a jar, cover tightly and shake until
well mixed; set aside. Place spinach in a large salad bowl. Just
before serving, pour dressing over spinach and toss gently. Garnish
with crumbled bacon and egg slices. Yield: 6-8 servings.
