2 1/2 c Garbanzos, dried; soaked 1/2 ts Cayenne pepper
;overnight and drained Salt
1 ts Coriander seeds; ground 1/4 c Flour
1 cl Garlic; chopped Oil for deep frying
1 ts Ground cumin
Ground the garbanzos fine in blender or food processor, and mix
them with the coriander, garlic, cumin, cayenne pepper and salt. Add
the flour and mix thoroughly. From the resulting dough, make small
balls about 1 inch in diameter. Pour oil into a pan and heat it to
375 degrees (F). A few at a time, deep fry the balls for two to three
minutes until they are golden brown. misc08
