12 oz Turkey sausage (hot or 1/2 ts Cinnamon
-mild, your choice) 1 c Jicama, peeled and
2 c Apples, peeled and cut in -julienned
-chunks 1 c Bulgar wheat
1/2 c Raisins 1/3 c Plain nonfat yogurt
1/4 c Shredded carrots 1/4 c Scallions, sliced very thin
1/4 ts Nutmeg -(tops included?)
Combime the uncooked sausage, apple chunks (small cubes), raisins,
carrots, scallions, nutmeg, cinnamon, jicama, and bulgar wheat with
1/3 cup nonfat plain yogurt. Bake it in a loaf pan for 40 minutes.
