Main Ingredients:

1 can sweetened condensed milk1/2 cup fresh squeezed key lime juice (8 to 10 limes)4 egg yolks


Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

Whip egg yolks and blend with condensed milk. Add key lime juice, mixing only until juice is mixed in. Do not overbeat.Pour into a 9-inch baked pie shell or prepared graham cracker piecrust. Chill until set (overnight is best). Top with whippedcream if you like.
