Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1 1/2 lb Ground beef 2 pk Frozen chopped spinach,
1 md Chopped onion Thawed and partly drained
1 pk Taco seasoning 3 c Shredded Montery Jack
1 c Water 1/2 c Chopped cooked ham
1/2 c Red taco sauce 1 c Sour cream
10 (6") corn tortillas

Cook beef and onion is tender; drain. Add taco seasoning and water,
simmering for 10 minutes.

Cover bottom of 12X8X2" baking dish with 1/2 cup taco sauce; coat five
tortillas on both sides with sauce and cover dish, overlapping as
necessary.

Stir one package spinach into meat and spread over tortillas. Sprinkle
half the cheese over the top. Cover with remaining tortillas; spread
with remaining taco sauce. Sprinkle with ham; cover with sour cream.
