Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 1/2 c Raw Potatoes -- sliced 1/2 c Onions -- sliced
1 c Celery -- cut into 1" 1 c Tomatoes -- cooked
Pieces Salt And Pepper -- to taste
1 c Ground Beef
Arrange ingredients in layers in a greased casserole dish in the order
given. Bake at 350 F for about 1 1/4 hrs. Yield: 4 servings.
