1 (16 ounce) package powdered sugar
1 (11 ounce) package finely ground chocolate wafer cookies
6 tablespoons Baking Cocoa
1 (6 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 (12 ounce) package Chocolate Creme TREASURES
about 50 (1 1/2-inch) paper candy liners
COMBINE powdered sugar, cookie crumbs and 2 tablespoons cocoa in large bowl. Stir in orange juice concentrate and butter until combined. Stir in Treasures.
ROLL dough into 1 1/4-inch balls. Roll in remaining cocoa; place in candy liners. Store at room temperature.
