12 Frankfurters
4 Boiled potatoes -- peeled
And diced
3 Onions -- sliced
2 tb Fat
3 Green peppers -- sliced
3 Tomatoes -- diced
1 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper
Cut the frankfurters into 1-inch slices. Lightly brown the
potatoes and onion in the fat. Add the green peppers and
frankfurters. Cook over low heat 5 minutes. Add the tomatoes, salt
and pepper. Cover and cook 10 minutes. Serves 6. Recipe Source:
