Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
4 qt Fresh-cut sweet corn -- 18 2/3 c Sugar
To 20 ears 1/2 c Butter or margarine
1 qt Hot water 2 ts Salt
combine all ingredients in a large kettle; simmer for 5-7 minutes,
stirring occasionally. Pour into large shallow containers to cool:
stir occasionally. Spoon into freezer bags or containers; freeze.
Yield: 3 quarts
