Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
Preheat oven to 350F. -seeded and chopped
-Generously butter a 2 1 c Sour cream
-quart rectangular baking 1 c Diced Monterey Jack cheese
Dish. In blender, puree 1/2 c Cornmeal
1 c Corn, fresh or frozen 1 1/2 ts Salt
4 ea Green chillies, drained,
Spread above ingreddients in baking dish. Bake 50-60 minutes. Serve
with sliced tomatoes. This is delicious and very light Origin:
