Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 pt Heavy Cream -Parsley Dill, combined
1 ts Chopped Fresh Chives, 1/4 ts Salt
Place cream in a mixing bowl and beat with electric beater until water
separates from a solid mass. Pour off the liquid, season the butter
with herbs and salt, and spoon into a decorative dish. Excellent
served with fresh vegetables, potatoes, or rice.
Yield: approx. 8 oz.
