Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 c Cream, whipping 20 oz Pineapple, crushed; drained
1/2 c Sugar 1/4 c Pecans; chopped
2 tb Lemon juice Parsley
1/2 c Mayonnaise Maraschino cherries
16 oz Fruit cocktail; drained
Chill cream; whip until almost stiff. Beat in sugar, lemon juice, and
mayonnaise. Fold in drained fruits and chopped pecans.
Freeze in an 8-inch square pan. Cut into squares. Garnish with
sprig of parsley or maraschino cherry.
