Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

6 tb Butter or margarine -- 1/2 c Candied pineapple --
Melted Chopped
4 c Vanilla wafer crumbs 3/4 c Chopped dates
3/4 c Candied cherries -- green 1 c Pecan halves
Halved 1 cn Sweetened condensed milk
3/4 c Candied cherries -- red 1 ts Vanilla extract
Halved

Pour melted butter in a 15x10x1 inch baking pan. Sprinkle evenly with
wafer crumbs. Arrange cherries, pineapple, dates and pecans evenly
over the crumbs; press down gently. Combine milk and vanilla; pour
over fruit. Bake at 350 deg. for 20-25 min. Yield: about 6 dozen.
