1 1/2 lb Pork tenderloin
------------------------FOR MARINADE-----------------------------
2 c Dry white wine, or chicken 2 tb Sesame oil
-broth 2 Cloves garlic, peeled
4 tb Grated fresh ginger -minced
2 tb Soy sauce
Combine all ingredients for marinade and marinate pork for 2 hours or
overnight covered in the refrigerator. Remove tenderloin from
marinade, discarding marinade. Grill tenderloin over medium-hot
coals, turning occasionally, for 15 to 20 minutes, until thermometer
inserted reads 155'F. Slice to serve.
